Revenue Accounting Manager

The Revenue Accounting Manager will oversee the daily operations of the revenue accounting function, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting in addition to creating and maintaining robust processes. This role is integral to driving and ensuring accuracy and completeness of our financial records and will work closely with the Director of Accounting. Key responsibilities include executing month-end and year-end close processes for revenue, focusing on Revenue Recognition (in accordance with ASC 606), Contract Review, Invoicing, Cost of Goods Sold, Inventory and Sales Commissions. The role also involves working cross-functionally to create new workflows, ensuring GAAP compliance, maintaining internal controls, and managing audits. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 8+ years of accounting experience with 2+ years in a managerial role, strong GAAP knowledge, proficiency in accounting software and Excel, plus experience with business process improvements.
