Job Description
Optimize and drive efficiency in collection logic across all missions to guarantee alignment with and fulfillment of customer demand. Maximize overall system capacity and collection throughput across all missions to scale the product offering. Define and own the core scheduling logic with Missions, including prioritization rules, retry mechanisms, and deconfliction logic in the scheduling systems.
Validate and refine modeling assumptions in close partnership with Missions & Systems teams to ensure the accuracy and reliability of feasibility studies and capacity forecasts. Design and maintain internal tools and visualization with Missions to streamline and optimize capacity planning, enabling proactive sales support and successful commercial execution. Lead feasibility studies for commercial planning, providing data driven insights to shape opportunities and strategic decisions.
