Regulatory Compliance Execution:
- Own day-to-day execution of the portfolio regulatory compliance program.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve a compliance tracking platform.
- Identify recurring compliance friction points and implement process or tooling improvements.
Asset Management Support:
- Monitor asset KPIs (production, availability, curtailment, forced outages, BESS performance, loss analysis, performance optimization, etc.).
- Assist in reviewing PPA and market settlement data.
- Manage contract compliance with contractors, O&M providers, OEMs, offtakers, and other vendors.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Familiarity with regulatory and market frameworks impacting utility-scale renewables.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Clear, concise communicator with strong writing skills; able to brief senior stakeholders on compliance posture, risks, and mitigation plans.
