Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and stewarding software implementation projects for customers from initiation through delivery, ensuring projects stay on track, on budget, and aligned with customer goals. This role involves stewarding project delivery, facilitating key project meetings, driving communication, and collaborating cross-functionally. You will also coordinate across workstreams, champion the customer, and continuously build and maintain strong knowledge of the platform, integrations, implementation framework, and product roadmap to better support customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of project coordination or project management experience, ideally in SaaS or technology implementations.
