Manage existing customer relationships to drive execution of projects related to data services and advertising campaigns. Daily supporting of client's projects/campaigns to ensure execution of projects and being the liaison between the client and internal departments. Coordinate resources to ensure client satisfaction and Return on investment. Educate and inform clients/prospects on all data assets and audience recommendations with ongoing consultation to clients to uncover challenges and offer data recommendations.
Develop solutions that solve clients' advertising goals and advise client on data best practices and address gaps/opportunities. Personally responsible for achieving a sales revenue quota together with Account Executive. Work with Service Delivery team to scope out projects and then work with Pricing to discuss project and obtain price quote
Work cohesively with wide range of internal groups - Operations, Legal, Compliance and Finance. Develop relationships across all client/prospect base and internal departments
