Senior Product Manager

knownwell is looking to expand their team with a Senior Product Manager, reporting into the Chief Product Officer. This role works across the full range of product responsibilities, from strategy and prioritization through execution and optimization, to help knownwell achieve its growth and operational goals. The Senior Product Manager will participate in strategic conversations regarding high-level feature roadmap and partner with internal stakeholder teams including but not limited to Operations, Clinical, and Growth to understand pain points and craft solutions. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with Design, Engineering, and other internal teams to refine and deliver impactful, iterative technology solutions, balancing speed to solution with quality and scalability on a case-by-case basis. They will also own and prioritize the engineering roadmap and backlog for a small team of engineers, including writing detailed feature requirements and user stories. The Senior Product Manager will define, instrument, measure, and communicate funnels and key metrics for feature success.
