- Define and drive product strategy for flagship digital experiences, including mobile apps and personalization features.
- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment.
- Translate strategy into execution, ensuring product outcomes align with business and customer needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent through a combination of education and work experience.
- 8+ years in product management, including leadership of multiple PMs and complex product portfolios.
- Strong business leadership and financial acumen.
