Senior Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join our payroll team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations. As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to resolve payroll issues, assist with audits, and contribute to continuous process improvements. You’ll be expected to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle complex payroll scenarios. This position involves payroll processing, compliance, payroll reports, troubleshooting, audit support, system maintenance, payroll records, cross-department collaboration, employee training, and year-end processing.
