Salesforce Engineering Manager

Sprout Social is hiring a Salesforce Engineering Manager to lead a team of Salesforce engineers and administrators. As the manager, you will build scalable, robust, and innovative Salesforce solutions that empower teams and enhance customer experience. The role involves translating product vision into technical reality, collaborating on architectural design, and partnering with GTM leadership to ensure Salesforce solutions effectively support sales, marketing, and customer success initiatives. The manager will own the full software development lifecycle for Salesforce projects, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support/maintenance, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, well-tested, and documented Salesforce solutions. A successful candidate will drive the adoption of Salesforce development best practices and foster a collaborative, high-performing, and growth-oriented team environment.
