Job Description

Project Management:

-Responsible for planning, implementation, controlling, and risk management.

-Manage agile projects in software development and rollout.

-Ensure on-time delivery and adherence to budget.

Customer Relations:

-Serve as the first point of contact and trusted partner for customers.

-Advise clients' decision-makers and handle customer negotiations.

-Coordinate with customers and internal teams, preparing project reports.

Skills and Experience:

-Requires a degree in IT or business economics, or equivalent experience.

-Needs German language skills at least B2 level, coupled with moderation and presentation skills.

-Must have practical experience in contract, risk, change, and claim management.
