Role Overview:
- Own Oshi Health's organic social and influencer strategy.
- Shape how our brand shows up across Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels.
- Drive top- and mid-funnel growth.
What You'll Do – Key Responsibilities:
- Develop our social strategy and content calendar.
- Build and manage an organic-first influencer program.
- Partner cross-functionally across Clinical, Product, Operations, and Patient Marketing teams.
What We're Looking For – Qualifications & Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience leading organic social media strategy.
- Proven end-to-end ownership of influencer campaigns and partnerships.
- Strong strategic instincts paired with hands-on execution skills.
