Role Summary:
- Contribute to projects that connect rigorous educational research with practical tools for teachers and coaches.
- Work with the Math Teaching and Teacher Learning team at CEPR on AI-enhanced coaching tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex datasets, build reproducible workflows, and develop codebooks and data documentation.
- Apply statistical, machine learning, NLP, and generative AI methods to develop automated measures.
- Collaborate with researchers and external partners to integrate research into educational products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred.
- Experience with R, Python, Stata, machine learning, and NLP strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
