The Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager at Kiva is responsible for driving revenue growth and engagement across corporate partnerships, with a total fundraising target of $1,250,000 annually in unrestricted donations, grants, and lending contracts. This role blends high-level business development with hands-on relationship management, serving as a key external representative of Kiva and an internal connector across teams.
Key responsibilities include: New Business Development & Relationship Management, identifying and maintaining a pipeline of $3.75M+ in corporate opportunities. Generating new sales and partnership opportunities through strategic research, outreach, and engagement in relevant networks and events. Developing creative partnership proposals, pitch decks, and concept documents to engage new and existing partners. Build long-term relationships and expand existing ones where new lines of funding are possible. Operational / Administrative duties include maintaining accurate records in Salesforce, Google Drive, and Box, including tracking stages and activities. Support internal strategic research, planning, and reporting.
