Responsibilities:
- Define and own the enterprise data architecture roadmap and target data architecture.
- Lead consolidation of reporting platforms and build scalable batch and streaming pipelines.
- Establish data quality, observability, and governance frameworks.
Requirements:
- 16+ years in data engineering or architecture, including 5+ years leading technical teams.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud, BigQuery, SQL, Python, and pipeline orchestration tools.
- Experience with data security, privacy, and compliance, including HIPAA, GDPR, and SOC 2.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in media, advertising, or healthcare marketing.
- Familiarity with HCP data, data contracts, and multi-tenant delivery.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools and data observability platforms.
