Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead the weekly performance huddle and ad-hoc analysis across marketing, brand services, and product using Hex, Tableau, and Snowflake.
  • Run end-to-end site experimentation including ideation, scoping, instrumentation, analysis, and write-up of A/B tests across the funnel.

Technical Ownership:

  • Manage pixel, CAPI, and server-side tagging across Meta, Google, and Pinterest, including GTM and OneTrust consent management.
  • Ensure data quality, manage feed platforms, and work with attribution tools like Rockerbox or Northbeam.

AI-Native Workflow:

  • Use Claude, Cursor, and Codex to scaffold internal dashboards and lightweight applications.
  • Collaborate with engineers by reading PRs, writing Jira tickets, and pushing work through to production.
