Responsibilities:
- Work with senior leadership to identify target segments and recruit top-tier distribution partners.

- Represent Lightspeed at industry events and stay ahead of market trends for new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in strategic partnerships or business development within SaaS or technology.
- Proven ability to cold source, manage multi-stakeholder partnerships, and influence at the C-suite level.
- Strong business acumen, organizational skills, and a bias for continuous learning and improvement.
Compensation and Culture:
- Total compensation range is $100,000 - $150,000 CAD per year, with equity options and RRSP contributions.
