Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day marketing automation platform operations with a focus on Braze, ensuring the messaging ecosystem is healthy, reliable, and scalable across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels.
- Define technical and architectural standards for Braze and adjacent messaging systems, including data models, attributes, events, segments, Canvas design, and API integrations.
- Build, optimize, and maintain campaigns and automations in Braze, including Canvas flows, audience segmentation, dynamic content, and personalization.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in marketing automation or martech engineering with technical leadership experience.
- Deep hands-on experience with Braze, including Canvas, Campaigns, Segments, Currents, Catalogs, Liquid, and Connected Content.
- Proven experience migrating campaigns between marketing automation platforms, especially from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Braze.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $132,500 to $155,000 USD per year.
