Director, AI Solutions

The Director of AI Solutions will join the fast-evolving Polaris IQ and Technology teams at Wpromote. Reporting to the VP of AI, you'll drive AI development and deployment, focusing on operational efficiencies and product features, operating with autonomy as an individual contributor. You’ll deliver AI agents and prompt engineering, unlocking productivity, enhancing decision-making, and elevating our platform's intelligence layer. This role blends deep AI toolchain experience with a strategic mindset, impacting product design, UX, and technical partnerships. You'll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data strategy to shape intelligent automation at Wpromote, acting as a SME for the organization on intelligent workflows. You will be designing and implementing low- and no-code AI solutions, building AI agents for clients and applications, and building AI architecture to allow agents to collaborate. You will oversee prompt engineering and quality assurance for Polaris IQ’s AI agent workflows and partner with internal product and operations stakeholders to map opportunities and convert them into ROI-positive deployable AI capabilities.
