They will lead the Mixbook global production ecosystem and grow the cross-region platform team to strengthen computing formations. The role involves ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance at a global scale while driving technical innovation. The VP of Engineering will evaluate technical feasibility, system design, and production optimizations, ensuring software products meet quality and performance standards. They will lead software product plan development, ensure on-time delivery, and establish engineering processes supporting rapid product development. This role requires leading, mentoring, and inspiring a diverse team of engineers, tech leads, and engineering managers, fostering an inclusive environment and scaling high-performing engineering teams. Interim Corporate IT leadership involves improving IT governance, security, and infrastructure management.
