The VP of Engineering will lead the platform sector of the engineering organization and drive technical excellence. This role requires someone who can scale engineering capabilities while maintaining commitment to craftsmanship and innovation, leading distributed engineering teams, evolving technical architecture, and ensuring delivery of world-class products. It also includes interim leadership of the Corporate IT function.

As the Senior Manager, People Operations, you will act as a senior HR generalist and own a variety of HR initiatives in line with Mixbook’s business objectives. In this role, you will focus on building trust across the organization and act as a consultant and partner who can provide mentorship and coaching to both people managers and team members. This role requires experience in implementing operational best practices that enhance productivity and create enriching employee experiences.
