Job Description
A Client Success Manager II has a background in Higher Education and/or Client Service with 2+ years of experience. Territory includes clients located in Oregon, Massachusetts, and Kansas. Essential Tasks include maintaining positive client relationships to maximize product/service satisfaction and acting as a liaison between organization and clients. The role leverages data to personalize and address clientβs needs and ROI and identify/maintain strategic relationships with senior level contacts. This role requires travel as necessary to visit clients (~50% travel or more at times). Other tasks as assigned.
