Strategischer Einkäufer RX (m/w/d)

As a Strategic Buyer (m/f/d), you will play a key role in shaping the pharmaceutical procurement strategy for the DACH region. You will conduct important negotiations, optimize conditions and build long-term partnerships with key players in the industry. You will use the new dynamics in the market created by the e-prescription to identify and strategically expand innovative business opportunities together with the manufacturers. Your Tasks: Lead strategic negotiations in the Rx pharmaceutical sector. Build and maintain supplier relationships in Germany to ensure long-term orientation and performance. Drive market and manufacturer developments and moderate negotiations and annual meetings. Be involved end-to-end - from the supplier side to the end-consumer perspective. Develop and implement a negotiation framework to scale and standardize close cooperation with suppliers. Manage contracts, purchasing conditions and terms of trade within a complex regulatory framework. Shape multi-year strategies in close cooperation with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
