Role Overview:
- This role focuses on designing and implementing agentic AI solutions to automate enterprise workflows.
- You will work at the intersection of AI innovation, enterprise systems, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business process owners to discover and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Design and implement intelligent, multi-step agentic workflows using modern AI platforms.
- Create documentation and training materials to support adoption and ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise backend systems and 2+ years in workflow automation.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Agents, Agent Foundry, and Copilot Studio.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
