Institutional Relations Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and run a disciplined institutional relations function, owning relationships with sell-side research analysts.
• Create institutional-grade content such as white papers, quarterly data packets, and market positioning updates.
• Engage directly with institutional investors, support CRM, and collaborate with PR for media appearances.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in investor relations, institutional research, investment banking, or similar capital-markets roles.
• Demonstrated experience engaging with sell-side equity research analysts and producing institutional-grade content.
• Deep understanding of digital assets, blockchain technology, and token economics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a sell-side equity research analyst covering fintech or digital assets.
• Familiarity with the institutional digital asset landscape and key players.
• CFA or equivalent financial credentials.
