Job Description
Managing Leaves:
- Manage high-volume leave and accommodation cases from intake to return-to-work, including eligibility determination and documentation review.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local leave laws, including ADAA, PWFA, and California disability regulations.
- Provide benefits guidance to employees regarding their leave.
Leading Accommodation Processes:
- Lead the interactive process for medical and pregnancy accommodations under ADAA, PWFA, and California laws.
- Advise employees and managers on leave policies, pay impact, and compliance requirements.
- Mentor and guide team members in managing accommodation cases.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated experience with FMLA, CFRA, ADAA, PWFA, California Pregnancy Leave, and state disability laws.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with AbsenceSoft, HRIS, Outlook, and email.
