Job Description

Managing Leaves:

  • Manage high-volume leave and accommodation cases from intake to return-to-work, including eligibility determination and documentation review.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local leave laws, including ADAA, PWFA, and California disability regulations.
  • Provide benefits guidance to employees regarding their leave.

Leading Accommodation Processes:

  • Lead the interactive process for medical and pregnancy accommodations under ADAA, PWFA, and California laws.
  • Advise employees and managers on leave policies, pay impact, and compliance requirements.
  • Mentor and guide team members in managing accommodation cases.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience with FMLA, CFRA, ADAA, PWFA, California Pregnancy Leave, and state disability laws.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with AbsenceSoft, HRIS, Outlook, and email.
