As Senior Lifecycle Associate you will shape the customer journey from the first touch through long-term retention. In this role, youβll own the strategy and execution of campaigns that engage customers across email, SMS, and beyond ensuring every message is timely, relevant, and impactful. Youβll collaborate across teams, dig deep into customer data, and design experiments that push our growth strategy forward. Implement personalization and segmentation strategies leveraging customer behavior, demographics, and predictive analytics. Manage a structured testing roadmap for acquisition and retention strategies, defining hypotheses, success metrics, and learnings to inform future efforts.
