- Serve as a trusted post-sale partner to clients and agencies, providing proactive communication, troubleshooting assistance, and campaign performance insights.
- Act as the primary post-sale point of contact for clients, agencies and internal teams to collect assets, share requirements, manage expectations, and align on timelines.
- Provide regular campaign reporting and performance updates, including end-of-campaign recaps with insights and recommendations.
Operational Excellence:
- Develop and refine effective and scalable processes that improve turnaround times, reduce errors, and enhance cross-functional collaboration.
- Maintain documentation, best practices, and trafficking guidelines to support operational consistency and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough QA prior to launch and proactively troubleshoot technical, trafficking, and reporting issues.
