Technical Program Manager

Drive the planning and execution of complex technical initiatives with the Engineering department, ensuring alignment across engineering teams, product, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing technical projects from conception to launch, with a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and cross-functional dependencies. This role will be responsible for defining program scope, managing timelines, identifying risks, and facilitating communication to ensure the successful delivery of Engineering roadmap items that provide critical infrastructure and security for Bluesight’s products. You’ll work closely with Engineering leadership, Product Managers, and other teams to ensure technical programs are delivered efficiently and effectively. The Technical Program Manager will define and manage program plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. They will coordinate and drive the execution of cross-functional engineering initiatives, ensuring alignment and managing interdependencies across engineering teams.
