We’re seeking a data-driven Lifecycle Marketing Specialist - Referral & Engagement to join our Global Growth Team. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of automated marketing campaigns—from strategy to execution—aligned with company-wide growth goals. Using HubSpot, you'll design and optimize multi-touch nurture campaigns with advanced segmentation, lead scoring, and AI automation. A key focus will be driving user engagement and accelerating referral (word-of-mouth) growth through tailored, localized campaigns. You'll lead testing strategies and support global initiatives including onboarding, retention, churn reduction, and acquisition. By analyzing campaign data, you'll uncover insights to inform ongoing improvements.
