Job Description
As Brand Manager for Spain, you will be responsible for leading the strategic and operational marketing initiatives for our brand within the Spanish regulated market (DGOJ). This is a hands-on commercial role requiring analytical strength, deep market insight, and close collaboration across acquisition, CRM, product, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the P&L for the Spanish market and ensure commercial targets are met (NGR, GGR, FTDs, Active players, ARPU, etc.); Develop and execute the brand strategy tailored to the Spanish audience; Create and lead go to market initiatives, promotions and campaigns; Analyze performance data and adapt strategies to optimize ROI across acquisition and retention; Coordinate closely with Casino, acquisition, CRM, product, design, and compliance teams to ensure local effectiveness and regulatory adherence; Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and risks; Ensure games, marketing content and promotions are fully aligned with DGOJ regulations; Own budgeting and forecasting for the Spanish brand.
Requirements:
Previous experience in launching or scaling an online casino brand in Spain; Strong understanding of the DGOJ Requirements; Extensive knowledge and a deep understanding of the Spanish market trends, audiences and player habits; Proven P&L management and performance-driven mindset; Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken); Analytical, data driven, and comfortable with KPIs, reporting tools, and budget control; Experience working with cross-functional teams (CRM, acquisition, product & Design); Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
