Job Description
Work directly with leadership to define strategic direction and organizational priorities, making leadership processes effective and streamlining time. Collaborate with the executive team on goal-setting, strategic planning, and budgeting, driving cross-functional initiatives to execution, tracking milestones and outcomes. You will conduct research on opportunities, risks, and gaps—delivering clear recommendations to senior leaders. Serve as a bridge between senior leadership and the broader org and manage weekly executive team meetings.
