Senior Programme Manager

About the Role:

• Serve as the primary execution partner to the Programme Director, ensuring every workstream moves forward with clear owners and deadlines.
• Lead and performance-manage Scrum Masters and Project Managers, establishing consistent delivery standards and governance.
• Coordinate delivery across product, engineering, platform, integration, cybersecurity, legal, commercial, and go-to-market workstreams.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain an integrated view of scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions across the programme.
• Own the RAID discipline, escalating risks with clear mitigation options and tracking critical dependencies.
• Prepare high-quality updates for executive governance forums, ensuring reporting is accurate and decision-oriented.

What We're Looking For:

• Significant experience managing large-scale technology or digital transformation programmes in complex environments.
• Proven delivery experience in digital banking, fintech, or financial services platforms with understanding of product and regulatory complexity.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery, DevSecOps, and engineering processes with ability to engage technical leads credibly.
