Director, Delivery Management

About the Role:

• Provides strategic leadership for the Delivery Management function.
• Defines vision, strategy, and operating model aligned to business objectives.
• Partners with executive leadership to influence delivery strategy and investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Governs enterprise-wide delivery standards, frameworks, and metrics.
• Oversees large-scale delivery portfolios and ensures effective risk management.
• Manages budget, workforce planning, and resource strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 7+ years in related field and 8-10+ years management experience.
• Deep expertise in Agile and Lean Agile delivery models.
• Superb leadership, communication, and fiscal responsibility.
