Play a critical role in shaping the future of AI-assisted therapy by designing, deploying, and scaling generative AI solutions that directly impact patient care. This role is highly cross-functional—you’ll collaborate closely with teams across Product, Data Engineering, and Application Engineering, to integrate cutting-edge AI into our platform in ways that are ethical, reliable, and impactful.
Own the full lifecycle of GenAI solutions: from prototyping and building scalable data pipelines, to developing and testing and ensuring the solutions meet Rula’s high quality standard, to deploying production-ready GenAI solutions and monitoring their performance. Lead the way in bringing next-generation AI capabilities to mental health care—transforming therapy experiences for providers and patients alike.
