Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to Real-Time Data integrations and Commission systems, primarily from a backend/data perspective with frontend exposure, and support existing data pipelines across backend and frontend systems.
• Integrate and work with multiple data sources by building and maintaining external system connections, ensuring data consistency and reliability across diverse data structures and varying data quality.
• Ensure engineering quality by writing clean, maintainable code with a focus on testing culture, and leverage modern tooling and AI as an active part of the development workflow to solve complex business problems.

Qualifications:

• Have 3+ years of commercial fullstack development experience, with comfort in both frontend and backend using Node.js, TypeScript, React, NestJS, and PostgreSQL, plus a Startup Mindset with high ownership and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Are based in Poland with flexibility for partial US time zone overlap, fluent in English (C1) and Polish (C2), and ideally have advanced SQL and PostgreSQL optimization knowledge for handling large-scale datasets.
