About the Role:
- You are the expert eye on binding data from our automated lab, deciding what gets delivered and what gets re-run.
- You talk to customers about their results, explaining complex kinetics in simple terms.
What You'll Do:
- Review SPR and BLI runs, sensorgrams, and fits to ensure data quality.
- Troubleshoot assays and recommend experimental changes when needed.
- Analyze large datasets to find patterns and feed requirements back to the software team.
What We're Looking For:
- MSc or PhD in biochemistry or biophysics with 3+ years of hands-on binding kinetics experience.
- Deep SPR and BLI expertise, real fitting judgment, and strong data analysis skills.
- Comfortable in front of customers, able to explain hard things simply and honestly about uncertainty.
