Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Own the architecture, delivery, and operational excellence of your assigned product surface.
• Work with product from ideation to production, iterating on real usage and feedback.
• Ensure production health, observability, and performance for the systems you build.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience, with evidence of ownership from design to production.
• High agency, biased toward action, and able to decompose hard problems and reason in trade-offs.
• Experience using AI tooling to ship faster, and curiosity about future developments.
• Right to work in Australia (visa sponsorship not available).

Stack:

• Node.js, PostgreSQL, AWS, Terraform, Jest, Docker, Datadog, GitHub Actions CI/CD, React.

Working Style:

• AI-native: agentic dev tooling is the development loop.
• Async-first: clear writing is a first-class skill.
