Full ownership of the product end-to-end as the first in-house engineer.
Work directly with technical and non-technical founders in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, ship, deploy, and operate capabilities across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
Maintain production health, manage releases, and implement rollback and recovery practices.
Evaluate existing platform to determine what to preserve, improve, isolate, or replace.

Requirements:

5+ years of professional software engineering experience in high-ownership environments.
5+ years of senior-level full-stack experience with React/TypeScript and Node/Postgres.
Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and strong security fundamentals.
