UX Writer II, Resume Team

About the team:

• This position is part of BOLD's UX & Design department, working directly with the Resume Builder product teams.
• The team collaborates to identify opportunities across top-of-funnel, core resume creation, and premium tools.
• Emphasis on solving user problems and growing the user base through A/B testing.

What you'll do:

• Partner with PMs, UX, and cross-functional teams to define content requirements and strategies.
• Shape content for multi-disciplinary projects including UX flows, subscription plans, and marketing entry points.
• Support writing projects end to end, set milestones, and manage multiple projects at once.

What you'll need:

• 2-5 years of experience with UX, technical, or marketing writing for a high-traffic consumer-facing website.
• An online portfolio demonstrating user-centered copy and content solutions.
• Ability to work across multiple concurrent projects with shifting priorities.
