FP&A Lead

As a FP&A Lead at Griffin, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we plan, track and communicate our financial performance. We'll rely on you to lead financial planning model, create and maintain sophisticated financial planning models that support strategic initiatives and business case evaluations. Develop and execute periodic budgeting and forecasting processes to help us plan effectively as we grow. Produce and present comprehensive, clear reports to senior management and stakeholders, support monthly capital planning and annual production of the financial statements. Work closely with teams to understand, analyse and track financial performance, explain variances and align financial planning with operational reality. Keep us on track with accounting standards and regulatory changes, ensuring our financial practices remain compliant.
