Job Description

As a key member of our marketing team, the Marketing Manager leads the planning, development, and execution of marketing plans for assigned products, including events and community programs. This role plays a critical part in promoting engagement, attendance, and participation through cohesive, data-informed marketing strategies. Owns marketing and communications for assigned AMA products, including events, community programs, and the AMA Foundation. Plan, develop, and execute integrated campaigns across email, web, social, and paid media channels in partnership with the internal growth marketing team and external media agency. Guide cross-functional teams toward alignment on marketing strategy, messaging, tactics, and timelines. Write compelling marketing copy for emails, web pages, direct mail, and on-site event materials that resonate with target audiences. Analyze performance and report on key metrics to measure effectively and inform future marketing efforts.
