Job Description
In this position, you will be responsible for building and executing creative sourcing strategies to identify engineers at all levels across software, AI/ML, and infrastructure. You will source beyond LinkedIn, leveraging open-source communities, social media, academic publications, and in-person events. Map talent markets to identify emerging and hard-to-reach candidates in highly competitive geographies.
You will also generate and maintain diverse, high-quality pipelines for both evergreen and niche technical roles. Craft personalized outreach that resonates with highly technical and often passive candidates. Conduct initial conversations to qualify candidates on technical alignment and interest. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate searches and refine role requirements. Track sourcing metrics and pipeline health to drive data-informed decisions and improve funnel conversion.
