In this role, you will be the first hire reporting into the Head of Member Impact, partnering with top Heads of TA to advise them through challenges. You'll build relationships with senior recruiting executives, facilitate meaningful discussions, and ensure members get maximum value. Key responsibilities include onboarding new members, identifying priorities, facilitating peer connections, and synthesizing insights. You'll also capture member feedback, contribute to content development, and build scalable processes. Plan executive roundtables and provide event support.
