Job Description
The Strategic Program Manager is the implementation and delivery lead for our Strategic clients, ensuring action plans and accountability across all relevant functions. This role drives governance, ensuring consistent and transparent communication. Collaborating closely with the Strategic Account Team, the Manager implements best practices and creates a top-tier engagement model to maintain a healthy customer base.
Essential responsibilities are implementation phase which includes collaborating with CSP and AM to finalize SOW and manage client expectations. Management of subscription involves working closely with Learning and Development to meet product training needs in line with SOW. Ongoing tasks are advocating for clients internally and supporting Quarterly Business Reviews for client success, upsell, and renewal.
