Role Overview:

  • Join as an Inside Sales Associate focused on high-volume customer communication for a clinically proven wearable therapy.
  • Guide prospective customers living with Restless Legs Syndrome through the sales process with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage high volumes of calls, emails, texts, and chats to educate customers on Nidra Therapy versus traditional treatments.
  • Handle objections effectively and support customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Accurately document all interactions in Salesforce CRM and collaborate with cross-functional teams for a seamless customer journey.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience in sales or call center environments, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or consumer products.
  • Strong phone presence and efficiency in managing high call volume with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, proficiency in Google Workspace, and comfort working in a metrics-driven, structured environment.
  • Preference for candidates on the West Coast or those able to consistently work PST hours from Monday to Friday.
