Global Product Director, Practice Management Systems

Shape the global vision of how Practice Management Systems (PMS) integrate into a seamless, connected experience for doctors and clinics. Your mission is to align PMS roadmaps across countries, working with local Country Managers and global Product leaders to deliver the best local experience while scaling global features that go beyond a traditional PMS. You’ll own the integrations strategy across Docplanner’s ecosystem, including Marketplace, AI, Payments, and patient engagement tools. You’ll collaborate closely with PMS teams in Italy, Spain, Poland, and Brazil, aligning local needs with a global roadmap. Key initiatives include driving impact through projects like the Patient Portal and enabling cross-sell from PMS into Docplanner’s broader suite. This role reports directly to our CTPO and plays a critical role in connecting local execution with global strategy. It is remote-friendly and ideally based in Spain or Poland. Your ability to foster a data-driven, business-oriented product culture, knowing when to move fast with MVPs and when to build for scale, will be essential to drive long-term impact and sustainable growth.
