Job Description

As our Senior Growth & Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in our central marketing team, driving international growth through innovative product strategies. With a hands‑on mentality, data‑driven mindset, and expertise in performance marketing, you’ll help us take our products — and the industry — to the next level. International Growth Strategy: Conceptualizing and implementing go-to-market strategies for new products and features, as well as for existing products, to boost growth and customer loyalty, especially in new markets. Product Positioning & Marketing: Developing compelling messages and value propositions that differentiate our products in the market and highlight their benefits for our customers – tailored to international target groups. Performance Marketing: Push aligned messaging on all market-relevant channels (national and international) to ensure awareness and lead generation in the right target group. Market Research & Analysis: Conducting comprehensive market, competitor, and customer analyses (national and international) to identify market opportunities, understand customer needs, and make data-driven marketing decisions . Sales Support: Providing sales materials and conducting training for our sales team to optimally equip them for selling our products. Stakeholder Management & Teamwork: Collaborating closely and engaging in proactive stakeholder management with the product management, sales, and other marketing teams to ensure a coherent product and brand strategy.
