The Bilingual Insurance Assistant is responsible for assisting with Auto Insurance (preferably Florida) and Home Insurance transactions, including new policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations. The assistant will also work directly with insurance companies, handle client inquiries, provide administrative support, and deliver excellent customer service in both English and Spanish. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with insurance company systems and workflows.
