Senior Product Manager [maternity leave cover]

Lead product decisions during our Director of Product's maternity leave. Responsibilities include delivering on the product vision which involves streamlining existing guides, expanding content and features on bloom.chayn.co, and developing our newest AI tools for survivors. You will be finding product-market fit for Diya, running co-design processes, analyzing data, and running the Product and Tech team. You'll be responsible for deciding how to split work between contractors and volunteers, setting briefs and moving everything along so the engineers are never blocked. It’s important that all team members have an understanding of intersectionality and systems of oppression and an affinity with Chayn’s aims and organisational values.
