Job Description
We seek a data-driven Paid Media Specialist to join our growing Digital team. You’ll work closely with our Digital Marketing Managers to develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns that drive measurable results for B2B clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on analyzing performance data, optimizing campaigns for efficiency, and staying ahead of digital advertising trends. You may be the perfect fit if you love testing, learning, and fine-tuning strategies to maximize ROI.
To meet client KPIs, you’ll build and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta platforms. Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to refine ad targeting and performance. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights. Run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversion rates and ROI. Ensure proper tracking and attribution by setting up UTM parameters, conversion tracking, and Google Tag Manager configurations if needed.
This position is offered as a contractor engagement. You’ll invoice us for your hours, and compensation will be based on experience.
